March Ink and Share Blog Hop

Hello, thanks for joining us on our blog hop this month. We are all Independent Stampin Up Demonstrators and hope to inspire you! My names Linda and I live on a small island in Essex UK.

This month's theme is Spring/Easter, I decided to go for Easter.

When I think of an Easter Card I always think of bunnies, I do not have any bunny stamps so had to think outside the box.

I love the unicorn cards, cakes you see on Pinterest and thought why not make a bunny card in the same style.  This took quite a lot of brain power but I came up with a card in the end!

I stitched some whiskers on this card.

Using the Foxy Friends stamp set, I inked up the antlers for eyes.  I think it worked really well, I did cut my stamp, but it is possible to do the eyes without cutting the stamp.

My bunnies ears were die cut using the Leaflet dies.
Look at the bottom of this post to see my How to Make video!

Kre8tors Blog Hop March 2018

                       No automatic alt text available.

Welcome to the March Kre8tors Blog Hop, my names Linda I live on a small island in Essex UK.  We are all Independent Stampin Up Demonstrators who want to inspire you to create.  This month our theme is Birthdays.  I make more birthday cards than any other card, so this is a great theme.

I chose to use the Bubble Over Bundle, which is a great set that can be used for lots of occasions.

I started nice and bright with my first card, I have been having fun making DL size cards this past week, the middle silver glimmer bottle is on a mini wobble, this is the first time I've used them and I love the effect they make.

Then changing the colour scheme to pink, blue and gold for my friends daughters birthday, the Bubble over set is so versatile! The gold glimmer bottle is also on a mini wobble.

I have made a tutorial for one of the cards.

Stamp 'N Hop March Blog Hop

Image may contain: text

Welcome to the March Stamp 'N Hop Blog Hop.  We are all Independent Stampin Up Demonstrators from  around the world.
My names Linda and I live in the UK on a small island in Essex.

This month our theme is Sale-a-Bration.

I am using a few items from the first Sale-a-Bration catalogue, Bubbles and Fizz DSP, Celebrate You thinlits and Amazing You stamp set.

This past week I have been very into making DL size cards, I started with a Bermuda Bay base then layered Lemon Lime Twist on top.  I've cut my 'Celebrate' out in Basic black with Multipurpose Adhesive Strips stuck to the back,  makes it a much easier job to stick this die cut down.  I've wrapped a strip of vellum around my DSP then stuck my Celebrate on.  Before sticking my bottle on I've stamped the 'ray' stamp at the top of where my bottle finishes, in the hope that it looks like it's fizzing over!
